Cedric Cucinelli advises and represents companies, private individuals and associations primarily in civil and commercial law matters. His main areas of practice are employment law, tenancy law, construction law, general contract law, intellectual property law, and debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. He places particular emphasis on clear, comprehensible and solution-oriented advice.
After completing his studies, he completed internships at a long-established Swiss bank in Basel, at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, at the Cantonal Court of Basel-Landschaft (social insurance matters), and in legal practice at nigon Rechtsanwälte | Notariat. He also obtained the Certificate in Transnational Law (CTL) from the University of Geneva. While preparing for the bar examination, he worked as a legal counsel at a leading Swiss legal expenses insurance company in Basel. In June 2025, he was admitted to the Bar in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft and subsequently worked as an attorney-at-law for a Swiss bank. Since July 2026, Cedric Cucinelli has been working as an attorney-at-law at nigon Rechtsanwälte | Notariat.

Outside his legal practice, Cedric Cucinelli has a particular passion for football. As the coach of a third-division team and a regular attendee of FC Basel matches, he has close ties to the regional sports culture. His personal interests also include hiking in the Swiss mountains and travelling.
