Sports law

Sports law is not an area of law unto itself. It is characterised by the interactions of athletes, coaches, clubs, associations, sponsors, the public and the media, depending on the circumstances. Sports law therefore includes aspects of labour law, antitrust law, social security law, marketing law, association law, tax law and liability law. Our team has a wealth of experience in providing representation before national and international association tribunals and arbitration courts such as the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.
