Christian Stöbi joined nigon Attorneys at Law I Notary's Office as an attorney in 2016. He advises and represents national and international companies as well as private individuals in all areas of private law, in particular in all matters of Swiss labour law. He has many years of in-depth experience in contentious matters and represents the interests of his clients in court and administrative proceedings as well as in out-of-court dispute resolution.

Since 2023, Christian Stöbi has held the title of Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law. This certifies a special qualification in labour and public personnel law as well as in related areas of law (data protection, social security law, tax law, etc.) and is only awarded by the Swiss Bar Association after a corresponding practical certificate, intensive further training and the successful completion of a written examination as well as an expert discussion. In addition, this title guarantees a commitment to consistent further training in the relevant area of law.

Christian Stöbi also specialises in drafting contracts and in criminal and administrative law. In these areas, he advises both legal entities and individuals and represents them in court.
As a result of his previous activities at the Public Unemployment Fund Basel-Landschaft and the Freiplatzaktion Basel, Christian Stöbi also has extensive knowledge in the area of unemployment insurance law as well as as asylum and immigration law.
