During her Master's studies at the University of Basel, Chantal Fischli worked as a legal advisor for asylum seekers in Switzerland. After successfully completing her studies, she worked for seven months at a legal protection insurance company and then completed a six-month traineeship at the Cantonal Court of Basel-Landschaft, Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law.
